As Covid 19 changed our lives we are adjusting daily operations to fit the new circumstances.

New cleaning and disinfection procedures, increased attention to safety in communal spaces, protective equipment, and updated training for team members are included in the new protocols

• Check out 11:00am and Check in 15:00pm. this way adequate time is provided to the rooms to ventilate with natural air.

• Washing of linens at a high temperature
• House cleaning every three days. If you wish a different arrangement, please inform us. Steam cleaning will be available during the cleaning procedure.
• Minibar products -bar and restaurant menus, snack, tea and coffee preparation equipment have been removed from the houses
• A/C regular cleaning and disinfection.
• Sanitizer available in rooms and in the public areas
• Cleaning and disinfection of pools and hot tubs as per the state instructions
• Space tables apart in restaurant and bar area
• Strict safety procedure while serving food and beverages.
• Training of hotel members to new hygiene regulations
